THE “GLOBAL SERVICE” IS A SYSTEM TO MANAGE HOSPITAL ROOMS AND WARDS BASED ON MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY AND TAILORED TO THE SPECIFIC NEEDS OF HEALTHCARE FACILITIES. 

THROUGH GLOBAL SERVICE THE HEALTHCARE FACILITY CAN, IN A VERY SHORT TIME AND WITHOUT ANY INVESTMENT, ORGANIZE EVERY SPACE ACCORDING TO ITS DIAGNOSTIC/INTERVENTION NEEDS, WHILE MAINTAINING OPTIMAL LEVELS OF EQUIPMENT SUPPLY AND MAINTENANCE.

The “in service” activity is designed to suit every customers’ need, developing and managing ready to use high-tech departments. Specifically, our Global Service is mainly focused on Healthcare facilities (both public and private) which, in a short amount of time, want to create an efficient new diagnostic/interventional activity.

With the Global Service, fastly and with no initial investments, SERVImed Industrial is able to:

• Understand and define customer needs;
• Design and create, on specific needs and in compliance with all regulations, all the necessary infrastructures for the new Department
• Install the required technologies, of world’s leading manufacturers, providing application support, full-risk maintenance, and tech support;
• By request, integrate activities with medical and paramedical staff;
• Give the Department adequate supply of all the necessary devices, with a wide range of choice and proper stocks depending on workloads;
• Manage digital image acquisition on informatics media;
• Ensure clinical training of medical and paramedical staff; If there is a conventionate public or private structure, the reimbursement consists of a percentage quota related to the DRG on the basis of the medical-surgical activity carried out.

The Company works with a qualified and certified staff, able to provide maximum support to its customers, guaranteeing the highest quality standards: from the design to the realization of water and air treatment and sanitation plants, to the supply of Integrated Services such as:

• Chemical, physical and microbiological environmental monitoring in surgical environments;
• Microbiological verifications in critical and controlled contamination environments;
• Chemical and microbiological testing of surfaces and personnel in areas dedicated to the preparation of antiblastic drugs;
• Continuous formaldehyde monitoring service;
• Microbiological analysis laboratory services;
• Sanitization and disinfection of high-level ambient air;
• Cleaning and sanitizing HVAC systems;
• Sanitization of surfaces;
• Supply service and eventual replacement of shower filters and final tap for the retention of all bacteria, including legionella;
• Water sampling and microbiological testing service for the management and specific control of legionella spp, pseudomonas aeruginosa, escherichia coli, etc.
